By accessing or using AI Event Assist at aieventassist.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.
AI Event Assist provides a subscription-based software tool that helps event planners research suppliers using artificial intelligence. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
To access paid features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including keeping your password secure.
Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Free trial users may explore the tool without payment. We may change free trial terms or plan pricing from time to time; any changes to the pricing of your existing subscription will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@aieventassist.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to all paid features until then. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of an in-progress billing period.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. No refund is issued for the current month; access continues until the end of the paid month.
Annual subscribers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel within 14 days of their initial purchase AND have not used the service during that period. After 14 days — or if the service has been used within the first 14 days — the subscription is non-refundable; access continues until the end of the paid year, after which it does not renew.
Individual report credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if the credit has not yet been used to generate a research report. Once a report has been generated using the credit, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
By completing checkout and accessing the service, you agree to the immediate delivery of a digital service and acknowledge that your statutory right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once you have used the service. This does not affect the specific refund terms set out above, which offer further protection beyond statutory rights.
Email hello@aieventassist.com with your account email and a short note explaining your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically reach your account within 5–10 business days.
If you have an issue with a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will always try to resolve disputes directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Supplier research reports are generated using large language models. While we work to make them as accurate and useful as possible, AI outputs may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccurate pricing estimates. You are solely responsible for verifying supplier details, availability, and pricing directly with each supplier before presenting information to your clients or making commitments on their behalf.
We do not guarantee that any supplier listed in a report is available, appropriate for your event, or accurately priced. Reports are a starting point for research, not a substitute for due diligence.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, resell or reproduce any part of it without written permission, scrape the service in automated ways, or use it to generate defamatory, misleading, or harmful content.
The AI Event Assist name, logo, website, and software are our intellectual property. Research reports generated for your briefs belong to you for legitimate event planning use. You may share reports with your clients as part of your planning work, but you may not resell, white-label, or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own commercial product.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated supplier research is for informational purposes only. All pricing shown in reports is indicative and estimated — not verified with suppliers. Always confirm details directly with suppliers before making commitments to clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you are resident.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
